Kohei Yamashita creates 2D and 3D works by collaging fragments cut out from printed matter. They are characterized by microscopic round parts taken from diamond advertisements, articles explaining the structure of atoms, and photos of soccer balls and flowers. These colourful fragments are taken from glossy paper, and have the appearance of water droplets or beads, covering his works with a radiant luster. Quote from -
